Enrichment, Extra-Curricular and Opportunities
We are delighted to introduce our extra-curricular programme for 2024-25. This is an exciting opportunity for your child to engage in a diverse range of activities beyond the curriculum. The Dene Enrichment Programme is designed to support our school values of: ‘Resilience, Aspirations, Respect, Integrity and Happiness. Ultimately, we want all of our students to fulfil their potential and go on to lead successful adult lives. We believe that a strong enrichment and extra-curricular experience is essential for nurturing the unique talents, interests, and aspirations of each individual.
In July 2024, we conducted an Enrichment Partnership Pilot. The report was based on student voice and focus groups within school. The report identified that students have a broad range of interests, the most popular areas of interest are:
- Arts & Creativity
- Cookery & Food
- Sport & Fitness
- Animals, Nature & the Environment
- History / Geography
